HydraSkill provides intelligent proxy IP scheduling for AI Agents, including session-level IP binding, automatic failover, and context-aware routing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Accounts & Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your API keys and credentials. You must not use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or terms-violating purpose. You bear all consequences arising from misuse.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes such as lawful data collection, ad verification, and reputation monitoring, and not for attacks, fraud, circumventing security, or violating privacy. We may suspend violating accounts immediately.
5. Billing & Refunds
Subscription and recharge fees are based on your selected plan. First-time subscribers are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee. Traffic beyond your plan allowance may be throttled. Billing details are shown in your dashboard.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, with updates posted on this page. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
